BD Bijli Terms and Conditions — Complete guidelines for using the platform

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the BD Bijli platform and its users ("Members" or "you"). BD Bijli ("we", "us") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform.

Only one account per person is permitted. If one individual creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses will be voided.

• Creating Multiple Accounts
• Using automated software or bots
• False Identity or Misrepresentation
• Harassing or defrauding other members
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to game systems
• Playing with funds from a third party

BD Bijli reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly in cases of terms and conditions violations.

Members may close their account at any time. Contact support to request self-exclusion or a temporary break. If a balance remains at the time of closure, it will be returned to you after verification.

• Violations of the terms may result in the forfeiture of bonuses and winnings
• Self-exclusion requests for responsible gaming are honored with the utmost seriousness

The BD Bijli platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we always strive to deliver uninterrupted service, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, scheduled maintenance, or third-party problems.

BD Bijli is not liable for any financial losses resulting from gaming. All gaming is carried out entirely at your own risk. BD Bijli's maximum liability shall never exceed the actual balance held in your account.
